Arlene Santos is the Co-Founder and Director of salsAFeroz, she has been teaching, choreographing, performing and competing since 2002. As an instructor, she emphasizes LA style lead and follow technique in a non-intimidating, fun, and welcoming atmosphere.  Arlene has been performing in various forms of dance since childhood, and has been teaching, performing, and choreographing Salsa since 2002. She graduated from the University of Redlands, California with a degree in International Relations and Spanish and is a an employee of the American Red Cross where she is part of the Marketing team.  For Arlene, Salsa is not only a dance, but a community and an opportunity to connect with people. She teaches so that others may feel the same joy and thrill dancing that she does. Teaching salsa is about teaching fun, passion, and connection.
